Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Information on the processing of your personal data.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice explains how personal data you submit through the contact/quote form on our website is processed by ASDi Logistics acting as data controller.

This is a standard template; before going live it must be completed with the company’s actual legal name, address, tax/registry and registered e-mail details and reviewed by legal counsel.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed

Only the following data, entered by you when submitting the form, is processed:

  • Identity / contact: full name, e-mail, phone
  • Company: company name (if provided)
  • Request content: subject and message text
  • Technical: IP address and submission time (for security / spam prevention, short-lived)

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Receiving, assessing and responding to your contact/quote request
  • Providing offers and information about the requested service
  • Preventing form abuse (spam) and ensuring information security

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed based on KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) “establishment or performance of a contract” and Art. 5/2-(f) “legitimate interest of the data controller”; where these do not apply, on the explicit consent you give upon submitting the form.

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated means, solely through the contact/quote form on our website and only when you submit it.

6. Transfers and Transfers Abroad

Form messages are delivered to our authorised staff via the infrastructure providers used for e-mail delivery (hosting and e-mail sending — Cloudflare and, where needed, Resend). As these providers’ servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9. Data is not shared with third parties for other purposes, nor sold.

7. Retention Period

Once the communication required by your request is completed, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised within a reasonable period, subject to statutory limitation periods. Security-related technical logs are cleared automatically within a short time.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under KVKK Art. 11, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information thereon
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad
  • Request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly
  • Request erasure/destruction where the conditions are met
  • Request that correction/erasure be notified to third parties data was transferred to
  • Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
  • Claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing
  • exercise these rights.

9. How to Apply

To exercise your rights, send your requests to info@asdilogistics.com or in writing to our company address. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, per KVKK Art. 13.

10. Cookies

Our site does not use non-essential advertising/tracking cookies. Only basic functionality and (if enabled) privacy-friendly, aggregate visit statistics containing no personal data may be used.
